XTONE Own Mould XT-RD01 Disc Brake Tubular Road Wheels - Affordable Carbon Wheelset For Training
Considering the cost of DT Swiss hubs increases quickly, and lead time is getting longer and longer, XTONE has developed our own mould disc brake hubs (called XT-RD01).
XT-RD01 road disc brake hubs are designed with 6-pawl freehub system, featuring ceramic bearings (also with regular steel bearings can be chosen).
Considering the cost of DT Swiss hubs increases quickly, and lead time is getting longer and longer, XTONE has developed our own mould disc brake hubs (called XT-RD01).
XT-RD01 road disc brake hubs are designed with 6-pawl freehub system, featuring ceramic bearings (also with regular steel bearings can be chosen).
Ceramic bearings are rounder, smoother and with more uniform size. In that case, the friction is reduced and that can contribute more energy to the wheels.
Ceramic bearing is also harder than steel bearings (up to 30%), which improves durability, and they also don’t rust for less maintenance.
In addition, XT-RD01 hubs can be made with your customized logo (either etch logo or make stickers). So it will become your own brand hubs!
XTONE provides two width option for our XT-RD01 disc brake carbon tubular wheels.
That is, 28mm width carbon clincher rims, and 25mm width carbon rims clincher.
Both our 28mm and 25mm disc brake clincher carbon rims are made of Toray T700+T800 carbon fiber, with SL (super light) weight.

Customized Color Painting/Logo
The customized color painting/logo is acceptable.
The painting cost of rims and frames mainly consist of two parts: water decal cost + color paint and coating cost. The water decal is used for letters (brand mark, logo or other words), and color paint is used on larger area position on the frame.
