Order Cancellation$Amendment

A purchase may not be altered or canceled without XTONE’s authorization. If and when authorized, 10% of the purchase value (minimum $50 USD) may be charged to cover re-stocking and operational costs.
Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Support team ASAP at [email protected] and we will try our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped, however, you must follow the normal return procedure described in "Return & Exchange" section and you will be responsible for all shipping costs which will be deducted from any refunded amounts paid to you.

Amending an Order

Amendments to your order are not always possible once your order has been submitted or after your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been submitted, it is processed through our order processing department straightaway to guarantee on-time shipping.Once the order is under production, order amendment will be impossible.

If you would like to alter your order, please send us email([email protected]) as soon as possible before shipping. And we will check the order status for you. If the order is not under production, we will amend the order for you.
